Due to Sedona's climate, it is necessary for your home to be evaluated on a seasonal basis- let Petra Home Services provide you with Rock Solid Peace of Mind. Our standard shut down service is $75.00 and includes the following:

- Check the security of all windows and doors.

- Close all drapes and blinds to your specifications.

- Turn off Main water supply and depressurize line.

- Set thermostat to "Away" specifications.

- Check that all electronics are turned off.

- Turn off and empty ice maker.

- Make sure all trash has been removed from interior.

- Pour baking soda in garbage disposal.

- De-energize water heater or turn to "vacation setting"

-Discard all perishable food items.

-flush all toilets.

- KEYHOLDER SERVICES. We offer a service to hold, distribute and collect a key to your home. Usually this is for friends or family that you allow the use of your home.

-SEDONA AIRPORT PICKUP. We offer a service to collect you or your guests at the Sedona or Flagstaff Airport, and deliver you to your sedona home.

- VENDOR ACCESS SERVICES. We offer a service to meet and give entry to vendors to perform various services to your home.

-MEET AND GREET SERVICES. With this service we will meet or pick up your guests. Present them with keys to your home. Also we show them key features of your home, and collect and shut down your home upon their departure.
