PETRA HOME SERVICES offers peace of mind through their home watch services. I will thoroughly check your home on a schedule prescribed by you. We offer monthly, bi weekly and weekly service.

Our standard HOME WATCH SERVICE consists of the following:

- Remove mail, fliers,newspapers etc, from exterior.

-Visually inspect for vandalism inside and out.

- Visually inspect for storm damage inside and out.

-Visually inspect for pests and rodents inside and out.

-Visually inspect for water damage inside and out.

-Check thermostat for prescribed settings.

-Flush all toilets.

-Run all sinks and showers to prevent dry traps.

-Check security of all doors and windows.

-Run dishwasher once a month.

-Run garbage disposal once a month.

- Remove any garbage mistakenly left in home.

-Visually check for water leaks inside house.

-Immediately contact pre determined vendors to solve any problem discovered.

-Immediately contact police in the case of break in or vandalism.

-Provide a full report with checklist via e mail or post with every visit.

-Provide a photo of the interior and exterior of home via e mail or post with every visit.

RATES:

Monthly: One visit per month. ..................$50.00/Mo

Bi Weekly: One visit every other week...$100.00/Mo

Weekly: One visit per Week......................$180.00/Mo
